In April 2009, four employees and a handful of volunteers founded The Challenge Network. Today, we have over 150 full-time staff, based in London, Birmingham and Manchester, and still receive immeasurable help from volunteers.

Our ranks swell each summer as we we are joined by mentors, logistics staff and volunteers. We expect to work with around 1300 people who will help to deliver The Challenge programme. Find out more about volunteering and working with us.

Craig Morley, Chief Executive, helped found the organisation, and Patrick Shine, Chair of the Board of Trustees, joined upon The Challenge Network’s registration.
