Challenger showcases “The Bet” at LOST Theatre

The Bet is a community theatre production written by Comfort Nwabia, aimed at young people (12-24) exploring fresh and relevant visions of family life in South London and coming to terms with a range of issues including grief, adulthood, race and gender, for a run of two performances at LOST Theatre in the vibrant and diverse London borough of Lambeth. This event is a brand new project set up by young people in Lambeth to provide opportunities in the theatre industry, to other young people in Lambeth. It is funded by the Youth Opportunity Fund awarded by Lambeth Council. It will act as a first view of what A State of Change Productions is capable of; a production company set up by Comfort Nwabia to execute the project, showcasing the abilities of promising and talented young people.
