Working with bright HeadStart technology enthusiasts was a lovely experience. Being part of their self-development felt great, knowing that you’re helping them grow their professional and social skills within a business environment.

I worked closely with one intern, Ashish. He showed a lot of interest and passion for the company, and our product and also gained a tremendous amount of knowledge within one week. Whilst I kept him engaged with the work, I made sure he felt comfortable around the Customer Support team and other colleagues within the office. However, his social skills shined as he wasn’t hesitant to ask other people for help or just chat with them.

I was hugely impressed by his ability to develop a working iPhone application, which was connected to his Zendesk Help Centre. He went further by finding out on how to implement a YouTube video on to the App. He presented his work with a presentation, which he delivered with a lot of confidence and we loved it.
