Step Forward is entering its third year of employer recruitment. Following the successful completion of our pilot programme and the successful launch of its second cohort we are now looking to grow our programme. We know that thousands of eager young people will apply all across London and have already opened our application for the 2016 programme.  The calibre of the applicants continues to impress employers and we have the exciting challenge of finding further opportunities for the growing group of school leavers next year. We will select hundreds of apprentices who are most able to make a valuable contribution across a range of industries and functions. We will prepare them for professional work with our bigger, better and wider range of day-release training courses. New marketing materials and an improved website are under development.
