Last week (Wednesday 28 March), London’s City Hall opened its doors to welcome young people from our new and bespoke pilot HeadStart Action.

Twenty-nine students from Ark Globe Academy in Southwark were visiting Matthew Ryder, London’s deputy mayor for social integration, social mobility and community engagement, to showcase some of the skills they’ve gained at the half-way point of their 12-week programme.

Over 300 West Midlands National Citizen Service (NCS) graduates braved freezing temperatures and snow on Saturday night (March 17), sleeping on the streets of Birmingham and Coventry to raise awareness of homelessness.
